During your absence we will take care of your home as you would yourself.

Are you the owner of a property in Orihuela Costa or the surrounding area and are you looking for someone who will take good care of your property during your absence? At Global Spain you have come to the right place and you can leave the keys carefree and in complete confidence!

Since every customer has different needs and wishes, we stick to meeting personally in your home and draw up a personalized file on site. Nothing is left to chance and discussed thoroughly with the customer. Communication and transparency are of paramount importance to us!

Our regular tasks during every visit:

• Checking water, electricity, flushing toilet (s) and checking all taps 
• Control of pests.  
• Taking care of indoor plants (No garden maintenance!) 
• Check for any signs of burglary
• Determination of possible damage after, for example, severe weather.  
• Checking all locks, closures and alarm system. 
• Mail management and forwarding if desired.

When identifying any problems, we will look for a suitable solution in consultation with the customer.

Prices :

BASIC package (1 visit per month) 250 € + VAT per year
PLUS package (2 visits per month) 375 € + VAT per year
TOP package (4 visits per month) 625 € + VAT per year
