Sales Agent Wanted at Global Spain Real Estate!

Due to expansion and the high demand of sales and inquiries on daily basis we are looking for some new firepower in our real estate company: A new SALES AGENT.

Responsibilities:

• Apply best practices to identify consumers’ budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the real estate market.
• Call and follow-up with prospects who have expressed interest in buying property in Spain. You will have to determine customers needs, answer their questions about our products and make recommendations.
• Effectively use and update our CRM for daily tracking and progress reports.
• Accompany clients during property searches and purchases, providing administrative support, advice, and on-site assistance for property visits.
• Negotiate on behalf of our clients ensuring their needs are perfectly matched.
• Ensure properties presented to clients align with their criteria, offering a tailored and personalized experience.
• Secure the deals so our clients can live their Spanish dream.
• Have tons of fun and laughs through our strong team support during and after work.

Requirements:

• A previous sales experience in Real Estate.
• High ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
• A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed. You're ambitious and can show a commercial attitude.
• High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you can work polyvalent schedules.
• Fluency/Native Dutch and English. Spanish is a huge extra, we have a special interest in multilingual talents.
• Based in Costa Blanca South (Near Torrevieja).
• Holder of a valid driver's license (Category B and access to personal transportation).
• API certified or prepared to follow the course.
• Work on a Self-employed basis.
