• Essential checks: We verify water and electricity supply and flush toilet(s). Additionally, we check all taps to ensure proper functioning.
• Pest control: We conduct inspections to detect signs of pests and take appropriate measures if necessary.
• Care of indoor plants: Although garden maintenance is not included, we take care of your indoor plants to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Security: We conduct thorough inspections for signs of burglary and verify the integrity of all locks, closures, and alarm systems.
• Mail management: We handle your mail and forward it according to your instructions.
• Identification and problem-solving: If we encounter any issues, we inform you and seek an appropriate solution in consultation with you.
