Los Balcones is a residential area located in Torrevieja, 2.4 km from Cala Ferris beach and 5 min drive from the center of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is a seaside resort located on the Mediterranean Sea, 41 km south of Alicante. Torrevieja is well known for its salt lakes, the Salinas of Torrevieja and La Mata, the flamingos and much more.

Within walking distance of the house there are supermarkets, pharmacists, tennis, football and basketball courts, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a nice drink or snack.

The University Hospital of Torrevieja, which is considered one of the best hospital in the world, is only a few minutes drive away.

The villa actually contains 2 houses. On the ground floor you will find the smaller house consisting of living room, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is also a 2 car garage.

On the first floor is the 2nd house consisting of a large living room with open kitchen, lounge with fireplace, separate sitting area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with corner bath, other with shower), entrance hall.

In every room there is air conditioning / heat. There is also TV Flanders, intercom and an automatic gate.

Outside, behind the house on the 1st floor, there is a very large terrace, the private pool and garden house. At the bottom of the house is a wine cellar.

Irrigation of the trees and plants is fully automatic.

This house is perfectly suited as a kangaroo house or as a small B&B.
