Los Balcones is a residential area in Torrevieja at about 2 km from the beach and where it is very quiet to stay.

In the neighborhood there are several supermarkets, restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. There is a small commercial center with a few shops as well as the hairdresser; and beautician, vet and dog groomer.

This house is located almost at the end of a dead end street. Only the residents pass in the street. The sun is there all day long.

The house has the following to offer. On the main floor is the living room, open kitchen with appliances, bathroom with shower and storage space under the stairs. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. There is another large bedroom on the 3rd floor. There are air conditioners in the living room and on the 2nd floor. From the 3rd room you have a beautiful view of the salt lake of Torrevieja. There are 2 terraces, one at the front where you have the sun all morning. In the afternoon the sun is on the terrace at the back. There is a way out to the next street along the terrace at the back.
